- Due to the nature of our print-on-demand services, we do not offer exchanges.
- For customers unsatisfied with their purchase, we offer a significant discount on a subsequent order.
Damaged or Misprinted Items:
- In the event of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer a replacement or refund. This is conditional upon reporting the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or misprint.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns or offer replacements for customer errors in size, color selection, or change of mind.
- Minor variations in print placement are not considered defects.
Additional Terms of Service
Order Placement:
- By placing an order on our website, you agree to the specifications and limitations of the print-on-demand model.
Liability:
- Our liability for misprints, damage, or other manufacturing errors is limited to the provisions stated in our Refund Policy.
